Ric is an accomplished project and construction manager who partners with clients to help meet all strategic initiatives. With over 37 years’ experience working as a developer, subcontractor, general contractor, design/builder, and owners’ rep, he brings unique solutions to complex problems. Ric knows what drives successful completion of multimillion-dollar construction projects. His unique expertise in large-scale foundations, concrete tilt-wall construction paired with a modular project management approach ensure each step is completed properly and with the highest quality possible.
Ric holds a BA in Management and Marketing from Stephen F. Austin University

Don Eggspuehler has over 35 years of experience in multi-media sales, project design, project management, and consulting. After graduating from The Ohio State University in 1969 he was a Marine Corps officer, who flew combat bombing missions in A6-A jets in Vietnam.
Don leads the firm’s Media Development and unmanned aviation pursuits.
